• Photography Camp is open to children ages 8 – 14.
• Children are enrolled in camp on a first come, first served basis. No audition is
   necessary. Camp maximum: 12 students per session.
• Students must provide their own Digital Camera & 4gb Flash Drive. PAW is not
   responsible for lost or damaged cameras that belong to students or their families.
• Parents must pay a $100 camera replacement fee if their child breaks or damages a
   borrowed camera belonging to PAW.
• All photographs taken during camp are the property of Performing Arts
   Workshops.
• Students will create and take home a portfolio consisting of approximately 15 prints
   taken during the course of the session.

PARTICIPATION AND CAMP ACTIVITIES

CAMP - $195 for each 1 week session.
EXTENDED DAY – Available only at locations where it is offered.
$15 per day (when paid by the day as needed)
$10 per day (when paid in advance for full session)

CAMP TUITION & EXTENDED DAY

* Supervised play & drop off period is offered until 8:30am.

* Please have your child arrive at camp site no later than 8:35am. End of day pick up
   begins at 3:00pm.

* Courtesy pick up period is 3:00pm to 3:10pm. At sites where extended day is
   available - any child left after 3:15 will automatically join extended day for a tuition
   fee of $15 and the child must be picked up by 5:00pm. After 5:00pm a $1 per minute
   supervision fee will apply. At sites without extended day - any child left after
   3:30pm will incur a $1 per minute supervision fee.

* Please indicate on your application if you are giving permission for your child to walk
   or bike home.

* In our workshops, rehearsals, events and other camp activities, kids may be
   grouped according to their age and/or individual aptitudes.

*SNACK & LUNCH – Children must bring a snack for mid morning break and a sack
   lunch containing non-perishable food. We do not provide refrigeration or beverages.

1. All registration, camp hours, attendance, participation and activities rules and refund policies.
2. I understand the campers will range in ages 8-14, on a first come first serve basis.
    PAW reserves the right to offer only 12 spaces per photography session, per camp site.
3. Allow PAW to use their selected nurse, physician or call 911 in the event of an
    emergency and I cannot be reached. I must disclose to PAW any special needs or
    allergies my child may have and agree to provide arrangments as required by PAW.
4. Allow my child to participate in any promotional pictures from the camp.
5. Cancellation of any session has a $75.00 non-refundable registration fee.
6. Deadline for refund requests is 10 working days prior to first day of camp.

7. I understand there are no cash refunds if my child is absent due to illness, withdraws
    early or is removed from camp due to behavior or discipline problems.
8. PAW reserves the right to substitute activities as necessary.
9. On behalf of my child and for myself, I knowingly assume all risks arising from participation
    in activities related to camp programming. I certify that I have legal authority to sign this
    release/waiver of liability, and sign it without duress or coercion.

PHOTOGRAPHY for KIDS
Learn how to make pictures, not just take them! With just a camera and computer, the world is your digital darkroom! Learn the art of capturing faces, places and moments in time with a SNAP and share the joy with your friends and family! Be the master of your social media world, learn how at PAW’s Photography Summer Camp. At PAW’s Photography Camp (for ages 8 – 14) you will give life to your artistic vision through digital photography. You will learn the fundamentals of the medium such as composition, exposure, light and shadow, depth of field, and then apply these concepts to different genres of photography, including landscape, still life, portrait, advertising, candid and headshots. From behind the camera to in front of the computer, you will also learn to digitally enhance and master your pictures using AdobePhotoshop.

Each session of Photography Camp is one week in length, with 8 weeks available at most locations. Each week students will select photos from their collected work to print at home which will be included in a notebook style portfolio to enjoy for years to come.
