2013 LOCATIONS

PARTICIPATION RULES AND CAMP ACTIVITIES

• PAW’s Little Stars Camp is open to children ages 4 – 6. Children must turn 4 prior
   to August 31, 2013 to register.
• Children are enrolled in camp on a first come, first served basis.
• Camp maximum: 30 students per session
• PAW reserves the right to substitute activities for the safety of our campers
   based on heat and weather conditions.
• Campers are encouraged to participate in our workshops and activities
   according to their own level of ability.
• Your child must be completely potty trained in order to participate.
   No diapers or pull-ups allowed.
• Should a child have a toileting accident, a parent or guardian must be available to
   come to the camp site to assist their child.

1.    All registration, camp hours, attendance, participation and refund policies.
2.    I understand the campers will range in ages 4-6, on a first come first serve basis.
       PAW reserves the right to offer only 30 spaces per session, per camp site.
3.    Your child must be completely potty trained in order to participate. No diapers or
       pull-ups allowed.
4.    Should a child have a toileting accident, a parent or guardian must be available to
       come to the camp site to assist their child.
5.    Allow PAW to use their selected nurse, physician or call 911 in the event of an
       emergency and I cannot be reached. I must disclose to PAW any special needs or
      allergies my child may have and agree to provide arrangments as required by PAW.
        Failure to do so may result in the termination of camp participation and/or removal.
6.    Allow my child to participate in any promotional pictures from the camp.
7.    Cancellation of any session has a $75.00 non-refundable registration fee.
8.    Deadline for refund requests is 10 working days prior to first day of camp.
       (1st day, 6/17/13)
9.    I understand there are no cash refunds if my child is absent due to illness, withdraws
       early or is removed from camp due to behavior or discipline problems.
10. PAW reserves the right to substitute activities as necessary.
11. On behalf of my child and for myself, I knowingly assume all risks arising from participation
       in activities related to camp programming. I certify that I have legal authority to sign this
       release/waiver of liability, and sign it without duress or coercion.

IMPORTANT STUFF
(MISCELLANEOUS)

• Doors open at 8:00am, program begins at 8:30am.
• Please have your child arrive at the camp site no later than 8:30am. End of program
    pick up begins at 11:50am.
• Courtesy pick up period is 11:50am to 12:00pm. Any child left after 12:10pm will
    incur a $1 per minute supervision fee.
• In our workshops and activities kids may be grouped according to their age and/or
    individual aptitudes.
• SNACK – Children must bring a snack and beverage for mid morning break containing
    non-perishable food. We do not provide refrigeration or beverages.

Fun is the name of the game at PAW’s Little Stars
Day Camp, a half-day program designed for
children ages 4-6. Each week has a new theme,
and each day our Little Stars will enjoy a truly
well-rounded cross-section of the arts, featuring
classes and activities in:

At PAW, we feel that playing and learning are synonymous. As our campers enjoy a summer of new discoveries and friendships, they are also achieving significant milestones in their education and development.
