2. I understand the Jr. Counselors must be 15 or 16 years at time of session.
PAW reserves the right to offer up to 5 spaces per session, per camp site.
3. Allow PAW to use their selected nurse, physician or call 911 in the event of an
emergency and I cannot be reached. I must disclose to PAW any special needs or
allergies my child may have and agree to provide arrangements as required by PAW.
4. Allow my child to participate in any promotional pictures from the camp.
5. Cancellation of any session has a $75.00 non-refundable registration fee.
6. Deadline for refund requests is 10 working days prior to first day of camp.

7. I understand there are no cash refunds if my child is absent due to illness, withdraws
early or is removed from camp due to behavior or discipline problems.
8. PAW reserves the right to substitute activities as necessary.
9. On behalf of my child and for myself, I knowingly assume all risks arising from participation in
activities related to camp programming. I certify that I have legal authority to sign this
release/waiver of liability, and sign it without duress or coercion.

2012 LOCATIONS
Jr. Counselors Program
* Doors open at 7:30am.
* Junior Counselors must arrive at the camp site no later than 8:00am. End of day
pick up for Junior Counselors begins at 3:00pm.
* Courtesy pick up period is 3:00pm to 3:10pm. At sites where extended day is
available - any Junior Counselor left after 3:15 will incur an extended day tuition fee
of $15 and the Junior Counselor must be picked up by 5:00pm. After 5:00pm a $1
per minute supervision fee will apply. At sites without extended day - any Jr.
Counselor left after 3:30pm will incur a $1 per minute supervision fee.
* Please indicate on your application if you are giving permission for your child to walk
or bike home.
* SNACK & LUNCH – Jr. Counselors must bring a snack for mid morning break and a
sack lunch containing non-perishable food. We do not provide refrigeration or
beverages.

Are you 15 or 16 years old with experience in the Arts? Do you reminisce about the good times you had at camp, the things you learned and the friends you made? Now’s your chance to help provide those same amazing memories to campers in PAW’s Jr. Counselor Program. As a PAW Jr. Counselor, you will assist our staff of professional artists at PAW's Summer Camps. Each Jr. Counselor will work closely with the instructor of their chosen discipline (Acting, Voice, Dance, Music, Filmmaking, or Guitar) learning the basics of teaching, building a resume as well as contributing their ideas to the final performances.
PAW allows up to 5 Jr. Counselors per session at every one of our camp locations for outstanding young adults. To qualify as a Jr. Counselor, students must completely fill out the application below. Prospective Jr. Counselors are also 
encouraged to email a letter of recommendation from a current or former teacher (school teacher or arts instructor) to accompany their application. All applications will be reviewed and Jr. Counselors will be selected according to the merit of their application. Students will be notified of the status of their application within 2 weeks of submission.
